Investors
The two internationally acclaimed professors Dr. C. von Eichel-Streiber and Dr. T. Chakraborty are the founder and majority partners of tgcBIOMICS GmbH. The British company Supporta Capital Growth Inc. joined the company as lead investor and third partner in August 2000.

At the close of the first round of financial negotiations tgcBIOMICS had accumulated several million euros from national and international investors and public subsidies. Besides Supporta Capital Growth, Ltd. the following companies also have sleeping partnerships in tgcBIOMICS:
- tbg (Technologie-Beteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH der Deutschen Ausgleichsbank), Germany
- ISB in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate, with the three companies WFT (Wagnisfinanzierungsgesellschaft für Technologieförderung in Rheinland-Pfalz mbH), FIB (Fonds für Innovation und Beschäftigung Rheinland-Pfalz Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH) and VcR (Venture-Capital Rheinhessen Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH).
